Rustenburg Steel Construction (RSC) was originally known as W&N, and was formed in August 1985. In the early years the company concentrated solely on machining and industrial supplies, however, as the mining and Ferrochrome industry in and around Rustenburg expanded, so did RSC recognise the opportunity for growth.
RSC allocated 27.8% of its shares to its total workforce, of which 26.1% belongs to the previously disadvantaged group.
Now a Black Owned Company (51.1%), we serve a wide range of industries, with emphasis on Ferroalloys and Platinum sectors, not only within close proximity, but as far afield as KwaZulu-Natal, Northern Province and Zambia and Zimbabwe.
