Q How long have you been in business?

Brizoway Construction was founded by Hein Knacke, our Managing Director. Established in 2008, the focus of this company started with renovation projects but soon developed into a multi-disciplinary unit that can deal with large residential and commercial building projects.

Our first housing project was awarded in 2010 in Soshanguve, Pretoria, which was the start of Brizoway Construction, as we know it today.

Q What guarantee does your work come with?

There is a 3 month retention period starting from the day of signing off for the keys. During this period any problems will be addressed.

There is a 5 year guarantee on any structural defects and 1 year guarantee on roof leaks as per the NHBRC Regulations
